Most in-stock
items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, many of our items are hand
strung and created especially for you and can take up to 72 hours to process.
Please note that
occasionally an item(s) may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You
will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of
shipment. Any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your
order. Should any other unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified within 5
days of placing your order.
Orders should be
received within 3-5 days from date of shipment.
A tracking number can be provided for personal tracking once it leaves our location located in Tyler,
TexasUSA. Should you need your item(s) overnight for next day delivery, the order must be placed by 11:00am and be an in stock item. If ordering semi precious or other
customized pieces - Please call to check availability prior to placing overnight order.
Orders are shipped UPS ground, two day and overnight.

Exchanges and Returns
Sterling Grace jewelry is
guaranteed to meet your expectations. If
for any reason an item does not meet that expectation, return it to us in it’s
original packaging, un-used with proof of purchase within 30 days for an
exchange or gift card.

If an item is damaged upon
receipt please call 1 (903) 581.2929 within 72 hours of receipt. An exact replacement will be issued within
two days upon return receipt of the damaged item.
