AMERICA

America, more blessed than any other land Our resources seem endless Across this great nation our churches freely stand With freedom to believe in God and his holiness.

America, has long been a beautiful place Protected by God’s hand, and guided by His word Today we seek His face, and almighty grace Praying for God’s favor and forgiveness from sin.

America, we must love our neighbor as ourselves Preventing lost lives by an act called “choice” Our Christian heritage must continue to be taught We must speak with the word of God as our voice.

America, remember God’s love has set us free His grace for each poured out at Calvary We must unite in prayer down on our knees This is what the world needs to see.

 America, wounded but not broken Hard pressed by evil that we can’t see But not giving in to the evil Played out by men, press-on Jesus set our course and we will live free.

 Let us then approach the throne of grace With confidence, So that we may receive mercy and find grace To help us in our time of need.

Father, we have committed many sins as individuals and a Nation in the name of free speech, choice, rights and tolerance. We confess these actions as sin and ask for forgiveness. Restore us by your mercy and grace.
