Symbol of Love and Devotion

…But make them known to your sons and your grandsons. …Assemble the people to Me, that I may let them hear My words so they may learn to fear Me all the days they live on the earth, and that they may teach their children.

       Deuteronomy 4:9c, 10

 To belong to a family is a gift from God.  Family is home, and home is where the heart is.  Every member of the family is an intricate part to the next generation.  Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, Parents, Brothers, Sisters, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins make up the family.  Each member of the family is a branch in the family tree.  Each branch plays a vital part in the condition of the family.

In years past the entire family took an active part in raising the children.  This helped not only with the burden and weight of responsibilities, but in the teaching, correcting, and instructing of the children.

Today we need to continue to pass our Christian heritage to the next generation.  This will enable the next generation to do the same.

 God places great value on “Family.”

God has given us instructions to care for our families spiritually and physically, as it is pleasing to Him.

 These should learn first of all to put their own religion into practice by caring for their own family and so repaying their parents and grandparents, for this is pleasing to God.
